Vibha Sarin Prabhakar has been appointed as Chief Growth & Experience Officer at IGEN – India Global Expo News, joining the Circle One Leadership team with a mandate spanning growth, customer experience, business transformation, strategy, operations, and brand.
At IGEN, Vibha will focus on building growth, experience, relationships, trust, ecosystems, and outcomes, contributing to the intersection of IGEN World and Viksit Bharat World and helping build an integrated ecosystem connecting businesses, leaders, institutions, entrepreneurs, SMEs and global opportunities.
Her mandate brings together growth, stakeholder experience, strategic partnerships, ecosystem development and business transformation, supporting IGEN’s broader growth agenda and its vision of creating meaningful value across the business ecosystem.
Vibha currently serves as Member & Independent Director at the Institute of Directors (IOD), India. She brings over two decades of leadership experience across customer experience, transformation, growth, operations, governance and strategy, with previous leadership roles at GE, Convergys India Services Ltd., ICICI Bank, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Royal Bank of Scotland Business, MMTC-PAMP India, eJOHRI, and Shriram Automall.
Her diverse experience across customer-centric transformation, P&L stewardship, digital scale, operational excellence, governance and enterprise growth adds a broad strategic perspective to IGEN’s next phase.
Her appointment brings together extensive leadership experience with a vision centred on building connected platforms, strengthening stakeholder ecosystems and creating meaningful value for businesses and the wider ecosystem.
