Devender Kumar Saini has been elevated to Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) at Medhavi Group, which brings together Medhavi Skills University, Medhavi Foundation and MedhaviOne. Having previously served as Group Chief Strategy Officer, he has played a key role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction, Strategic Partnerships and organisational transformation.
In his new role, he will lead the Group’s operational priorities, execution and organisational effectiveness, working closely with the founding leadership and Chancellor to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. His mandate will span the Group’s businesses and initiatives across education, skilling, workforce solutions and social development.
During his tenure as Group Chief Strategy Officer, he focused on enterprise strategy, business building, P&L, growth, operations, organisation design and institutional transformation. He has also been involved in building MedhaviOne as an education-to-employment platform connecting education, skills, industry, employment and career growth.
With extensive experience across strategy, operations, entrepreneurship, business transformation and education, he brings a broad leadership perspective to his new mandate. His elevation marks an expanded role in driving execution, strengthening operating systems and supporting Medhavi Group’s continued growth and expansion.
