Avinash R Mugali has joined Billtrust as Vice President & Site Lead – Global Customer Experience, India GCC, becoming part of the company’s global leadership team. Based in Hyderabad, he will lead Global Customer Experience initiatives while partnering with the India GCC leadership team to strengthen customer-centric transformation and global delivery capabilities.
With over two decades of experience across technology operations and multi-geography customer ecosystems, Avinash has worked with organizations including Vmware, Darwinbox, and Hewlett-Packard. His leadership experience spans customer experience, post-sales operations, service transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled business growth.
At Billtrust, his mandate will focus on building intelligent customer journeys, advancing automation and predictive, data-backed operations, and fostering a people-first culture. He will also play a key role in mentoring technology talent and supporting the evolution of the Hyderabad GCC as a global innovation hub.
Avinash’s leadership philosophy, centred on “freedom within a framework,” combines technology innovation with human-centric leadership as he takes on this new global mandate at Billtrust.
