Mihir V. has been appointed as SVP – Investor Relations & Risk at Transvolt Mobility, bringing extensive experience across investor relations, fundraising, financial reporting, FP&A, enterprise risk management and transaction advisory.
Prior to this appointment, Mihir served as Finance Controller at Transvolt Mobility, where he was involved in financial reporting and business performance management. In his current leadership role, he serves as a key point of contact for institutional investors, and lenders, while overseeing investor reporting, fundraising support and financial planning.
Before joining Transvolt Mobility, Mihir spent over 12 years with Deloitte, progressing to Director – Transaction Advisory Services. His experience includes leading financial due diligence and vendor assistance engagements for corporates and private equity funds across consumer business, real estate, life sciences and manufacturing, while working closely with C-suite stakeholders.
Earlier in his career, Mihir worked across Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance and Transaction Advisory practices, along with experience as a Financial Analyst at Black Entertainment Television in New York and an Investment Banking Intern at Strategic Ventures & Research. His broad background across finance, transactions, reporting and risk management now supports his role as SVP – Investor Relations & Risk and permanent Board Invitee at Transvolt Mobility.
