Rajneesh Gupta has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Aeron Composite Limited, bringing extensive experience across composites, manufacturing, sales, marketing, strategy and business development, with a career spanning leadership roles in India and Australia.
Prior to this appointment, Rajneesh served as Head of Strategy at Treadwell Group Pty Ltd in Adelaide, Australia. Earlier, Rajneesh spent nearly six years with Arvind Composites, progressing through roles including General Manager – Sales & Marketing.
Rajneesh also gained technical and research experience through his masters project with University of Sheffield, TEKS SARL and the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) Sheffield, focused on carbon-fibre composite manufacturing. His diverse experience across strategy, commercial functions and operations now supports his new leadership role as Chief Operating Officer at Aeron Composite Limited.
