Pratibha Thandra has been appointed Head of Talent Acquisition at DoorDash, where she will strengthen talent strategies and build the capabilities needed to support the company’s growing global operations. Initially supporting Customer Experience & Integrity, among other business units, she will partner with business leaders to attract, hire, and develop the teams that power DoorDash’s priorities.
Pratibha brings extensive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and people strategy. She will apply it to developing talent strategies aligned with business needs and building high-performing teams that deliver for customers worldwide.
Before joining DoorDash, she held leadership and recruitment roles at OpenText, Microsoft India, Polycom, Keane, NeoVision Solutions, and Alp Consulting Ltd. Her career spans technology and consulting organizations. Across them, she has built recruitment capabilities, strengthened hiring practices, and met evolving workforce needs, progressing from recruitment and consulting roles to leadership within large technology organizations.
This broad perspective positions her to build scalable talent capabilities as DoorDash continues to grow across its business units and global operations.
