Kishore Bachchani has been elevated to Vice President at HFCL Limited, marking another milestone in his extensive telecom infrastructure leadership journey. In his expanded role, he will lead EPC project delivery while contributing to major fiber infrastructure initiatives, including the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM).
Kishore brings extensive experience in telecom project management, optical fiber network rollouts, telecom tower infrastructure, and Smart City projects. During his earlier tenure at HFCL, he successfully delivered 20+ telecom projects and 3,000+ telecom tower deployments across India, driving service quality, operational efficiency, and timely project execution.
He also spearheaded HFCL’s prestigious Left Wing Extremism (LWE) Project, delivering telecom infrastructure across challenging terrains in Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. His execution excellence earned formal appreciation from BSNL Circle CGMs and BSNL Headquarters.
Prior to rejoining HFCL, Kishore served as Vice President at Polycab Telecom, where he led the BBNL Bihar project. With a career spanning project delivery, EPC execution, customer interaction management, and large-scale telecom infrastructure, he brings strong execution expertise to HFCL’s continued growth in fiber and connectivity projects.
