Mayank is returning to large-scale enterprise commercial leadership after a dynamic, year-long stint as the Chief Operating Officer of a pre-revenue social media tech startup. This recent entrepreneurial journey adds an agile, building-from-scratch edge to an already powerhouse commercial profile.
With over a decade of deep-rooted expertise in procurement, supply chain, and global commercial strategy, Mayank brings an exceptional track record to AM/NS India:
· RHI Magnesita: Previously served as Head of Procurement, SCM, Commercial Management, and Mines for the India, West Asia & Africa region, spearheading massive regional operations.
· Vedanta Group: Spent nearly a decade driving value as the Director of Group Commercial.
· Indian Army & Airbus: Began his career with 6 years of disciplined leadership as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army, later leveraging that expertise as a Defence Procurement Expert within the CEO’s corporate strategy team at Airbus.
· At AM/NS India, Mayank will be pivotal in driving procurement excellence and building resilient supply networks to support the global steel leader’s growth.
