Anshul Kapur has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Investment Banking | Private Capital & Investments (Real Assets) at ANAROCK, with a strategic focus on the Pune market. Bringing over 13 years of experience across commercial real estate, private wealth banking, mortgage lending, and investment advisory, he brings a distinctive blend of institutional banking discipline and real assets expertise to the organisation.
In his new role, Anshul will focus on strengthening investor relationships and driving capital solutions, investment sales, and strategic transactions across yield-generating real estate and a differentiated range of real-asset opportunities. His mandate spans AIFs, REITs, SM REITs, Real Estate Credit, Private Equity, and structured investments, contributing to the growth of ANAROCK Capital’s Private Capital & Investments platform.
Prior to joining ANAROCK, Anshul was associated with CBRE, where he worked across investment sales, advisory, and transaction services, advising corporates, family offices,
HNIs, and institutional investors on real asset investments and strategic transactions. His professional journey also includes significant roles at Panchshil Realty, YES BANK, and Citi India, building extensive expertise across commercial real estate, wealth management, mortgage lending, credit appraisal, client advisory, investment structuring, and relationship management.
With a governance-first approach, disciplined execution, and a strong focus on building trust-led capital relationships, Anshul brings a valuable investment and banking perspective to the real assets ecosystem.
