Ashok Nathan has been elevated to Business Head – JV Partnerships International Business at EssilorLuxottica, with direct responsibility for the international markets of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal, along with transformation projects and coordination with the VRx export businesses and Vision Express. In his expanded role, he will focus on strengthening strategic partnerships, scaling international businesses and driving the next phase of growth.
Ashok previously served as Group CFO, South Asia at EssilorLuxottica and held leadership roles at Essilor India, where he transformed finance into a strategic business partner and played a key role in major JV acquisitions and mergers, including Delta and VRx.
Earlier, he held multiple leadership roles at Coats, including Finance Director, Finance Director – Zips and Trims, Group Management Accountant, Costing Manager and Manager – Internal Auditor. His career also includes roles at Omantel and PwC, giving him broad expertise across finance, M&A, international operations, manufacturing, governance and business transformation.
