Chandramouli S has taken charge as National Manager – HRBP and Talent Management at IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd, marking a significant progression in his leadership journey within the organization. Based in Trichy, he stepped into this role in February 2026, taking on expanded responsibilities across business HR partnering, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement at a pan-India level.
Chandramouli joined IDFC FIRST Bharat in February 2024 as Lead – Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, HR Technology & HRIS, where he played a key role in strengthening hiring frameworks, talent processes and HR digital initiatives. His strong execution capabilities, combined with a deep understanding of business-aligned HR, enabled him to seamlessly transition into his current leadership position within two years.
With over two decades of experience across leading financial services organizations, Chandramouli has built a strong track record in HR business partnering and people strategy. Prior to IDFC FIRST Bharat, he served as HR Business Partner at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, and earlier held zonal HR leadership roles at Magma Fincorp, IndoStar Capital Finance and Equitas Small Finance Bank, where he spent nearly a decade supporting large, distributed business teams.
Chandramouli brings deep expertise in Talent management, HRIS, Performance Management and Employee Engagement, particularly within BFSI environments. In his new role, he is expected to play a critical part in aligning human capital strategy with business growth, strengthening leadership pipelines and building a high-performance, people-centric culture at IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd.
