In a strategic move to strengthen its global footprint and advance AI-led transformation across the FMCG ecosystem, FieldAssist has brought onboard Madhusudhanan Janakarajan as Strategic Advisor (Director) – Global Expansion & AI Transformation. As the company continues to expand beyond 750 enterprise customers across 32+ countries, Madhusudhanan will work closely with the leadership team to drive international growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and accelerate next-generation distribution transformation initiatives.
Madhusudhanan brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning FMCG, digital distribution, retail technology, commercial transformation, logistics, and business scaling. He currently serves as Founder and Board of Director of Conektr, the UAE’s first Digital FMCG Distributor, and previously led the organization as Chief Executive Officer, building a pioneering digital distribution platform serving thousands of retailers and over 100 leading global FMCG brands. He also serves as Transformation Director – FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce and Logistics at TransCPG Inc., where he advises organizations on commercial transformation, omnichannel growth, sales excellence, and technology-enabled operating models.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Madhusudhanan played a pivotal role at Britannia Industries Limited.
including Regional Sales Manager – Lower Gulf Region and Regional Sales Capability Manager – South, where he led large-scale distribution networks, sales transformation programs, and the company’s landmark sales force automation initiatives. His career also includes leadership roles with Bharti Airtel Limited, Reliance Communications, and ADT, where he built deep expertise across sales leadership, capability development, route-to-market transformation, business performance management, and market expansion.
