Ananda Dalai has been appointed as AVP – Credit & Risk at Power2SME, bringing over 13 years of experience in credit underwriting, risk management, SME lending, portfolio monitoring, and policy formulation. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening credit governance, enhancing portfolio quality, and supporting sustainable business growth through robust risk management practices.
Prior to joining Power2SME, Ananda spent more than eight years with Oxyzo Financial Services as Zonal Credit Manager, where he led credit risk and underwriting operations across North India. He played a key role in portfolio monitoring, policy development, product structuring, geographical expansion, and team leadership, while ensuring strong credit quality and risk controls.
Before Oxyzo, he served as Area Credit Manager at India Infoline Finance Limited (IIFL), managing credit appraisal and risk assessment for SME and healthcare lending portfolios. He was responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, promoter evaluations, and structuring lending proposals to support sound credit decisions.
Earlier, Ananda worked with Electronica Finance Limited as Credit Manager, overseeing underwriting, portfolio management, and branch-level credit operations. He began his career with Intec Capital Limited, where he developed a strong foundation in credit analysis, borrower assessment, and lending operations.
With a career spanning Power2SME, Oxyzo Financial Services, India Infoline Finance Limited (IIFL), Electronica Finance Limited, and Intec Capital Limited, Ananda brings deep expertise in credit risk, SME financing, portfolio management, and business lending.
