Built and operated entirely within India, the platform is designed to give enterprises, government bodies, startups, AI/SaaS companies and Indian builders greater jurisdictional control, auditability and confidence under Indian law.

Engineered for modern workloads, the platform features a distributed control and data plane, fault tolerance across data centres, and secure-by-default environments. Scalable compute Islands can be provisioned in 90 seconds, while production-grade applications can be deployed in three minutes.

Island Computing states that its published benchmark workload delivers 30% lower costs compared with equivalent AWS Mumbai region configurations, before committed-use or enterprise discounts.
