With more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mahesh has established a distinguished career across global business development, licensing, contract manufacturing, commercial partnerships, and market expansion. His expertise spans regulated markets including Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, where he has successfully built strategic collaborations and accelerated international business growth.
Prior to this elevation, Mahesh served as Vice President & Global Head – Business Development at Invengene Private Limited. Earlier, he was Global Head – Business Development at Inventia Healthcare Limited, Director, BD&L – APAC at Alvogen, Regional Head – Business Development ( NA,EU & LATAM ) at USV Private Limited, and Business Development (EU & NA ) at Cipla Ltd. Across these organizations, he played a key role in expanding global partnerships, out-licensing, co-development initiatives, contract manufacturing, and commercial strategy across regulated pharmaceutical markets.
