Ujjal Sinha has joined as Director – Statutory Audit in Walker Chandiok & Co LLP. Based in Mumbai, he will lead statutory audit engagements, delivering high-quality assurance services while supporting clients with technical expertise, regulatory compliance, and robust financial reporting. Prior to this appointment, he held senior leadership roles within PwC’s Statutory audit practice.
Ujjal brings extensive experience across Big 4 audit. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in statutory audits, financial reporting, governance, and risk assurance. His strong audit background and technical capabilities position him well to strengthen Walker Chandiok & Co LLP’s Statutory Audit practice.
