Welspun Corp has appointed Manisha Dighe as Head – Digital & IT, marking an important step in strengthening its digital and technology-led transformation agenda.
In her new role, Manisha will lead the organisation’s Digital Transformation and Industry Automation initiatives, with a strong focus on leveraging technology to accelerate business growth, enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity and create sustainable business value.
Her mandate will encompass building a future-ready digital ecosystem, advancing automation across operations, enabling data- and AI-led decision making, and strengthening technology capabilities to support business performance and scalability.
Manisha brings extensive leadership experience in Digital Transformation, IT, Industry Automation, business process transformation and technology-enabled operational excellence. During her earlier leadership journey, including her experience with Saint-Gobain, she has been involved in driving enterprise digital initiatives, transformation programs, technology enablement and governance, with a strong emphasis on aligning technology with business priorities.
At Welspun Corp, she will focus on strengthening the intersection of Digital, IT, Operations and Business, enabling technology to move beyond being an enabler of processes to becoming a strategic driver of growth, productivity and operational excellence.
Her leadership comes at a time when organisations are increasingly leveraging Digital, AI, Automation and Data to build more agile, intelligent and efficient operations.
