Her journey includes an extensive body of work at leading organizations such as WNS, where she spent more than two years as Senior User Interface Designer, crafting meaningful design systems and digital solutions across industries. Her experience at Lollypop Design Studio, Digitas India, and Crayon Infotech further solidified her reputation as a versatile creative professional who brings clarity, structure, and innovation to complex design challenges.
Neema’s industry journey reflects a steady evolution—from starting as a Graphic Designer and UI Designer across firms like NeoSOFT, Innovizia Technologies, and Intro, to emerging as a strong design voice and leader at some of India’s most dynamic digital agencies. Her tenure as Creative Lead – Art at Digitas India saw her leading teams, managing large-scale digital projects, and driving end-to-end creative execution with precision. Alongside her design leadership, she is also an HFI-Certified Usability Analyst (CUA™), strengthening her approach with user-centric methodologies and research-backed decision-making.
