Over her 19+ years with Accenture in India, Mousam has built a strong legacy of driving large-scale O2C modernization programs, leading global finance operations, and shaping digital transformation initiatives. Her experience spans strategic delivery, analytics leadership, program management, credit control, and enterprise finance transformation — making her one of the most versatile leaders in the function.
Before taking on the Director position, Mousam served as Vice President Order to Cash Practitioner, where she successfully led transformation roadmaps, strengthened delivery excellence and established future-ready O2C capabilities. Her earlier roles as General Manager, Analytics General Manager and Program Manager helped her build a rare blend of operational depth and digital fluency.
