Pallavi Nanduru has been appointed as Center Head – Xpheno Hyderabad, strengthening the specialist staffing firm’s leadership presence in one of India’s fastest-growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) hubs. In her new role, she will lead talent strategy, operations, and growth for Xpheno’s Hyderabad centre, with a sharp focus on executive search, IT services hiring, and scalable RPO programs.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources and executive leadership hiring, Pallavi is recognised for building high-impact leadership teams across global markets. She partners closely with C-suite and business leaders to align talent strategy with long-term growth, transformation, and succession priorities. Her expertise spans global executive search, RPO governance, talent operations, and leadership development across industries and geographies.
Prior to joining Xpheno, Pallavi served as Executive Hiring Leader at Genpact, where she led global leadership hiring strategy across multiple service lines and markets. She managed a worldwide ecosystem of search partners and in-house teams, building a scalable executive hiring framework while strengthening diversity and succession pipelines. Earlier, at TritonExec, she held senior leadership roles including Managing Director and Director of Client Services, overseeing large, multi-country executive RPO engagements across India, APAC, and Europe.
Her earlier career includes senior HR leadership roles at Times Group, Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam), and Oracle, where she drove enterprise HR strategy, workforce transformation, and leadership capability initiatives. With deep expertise in aligning people strategy to business outcomes, Pallavi’s appointment underscores Xpheno’s commitment to strengthening its executive search capabilities and expanding its GCC partnerships in Hyderabad and beyond.
