Riky Chakraborty has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Business Development (Debt Syndication & IPO) at Resurgent India Limited, where she will drive business development across the Debt Syndication and IPO verticals, strengthen institutional relationships, and support the firm’s growth in investment banking and capital markets. A seasoned business development leader with extensive experience in financial services, she has built a strong reputation for creating strategic partnerships, expanding business opportunities, and delivering sustainable growth through a relationship-driven approach.
Prior to joining Resurgent India, Riky spent over a decade with LSI Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., where she progressed from Assistant Vice President – Business Development to Senior Vice President – Marketing. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the firm’s Mumbai product business, successfully onboarding more than 20 new clients, expanding the company’s market presence, and strengthening strategic partnerships across the banking and financial services ecosystem. Her appointment reflects Resurgent India’s commitment to building a strong leadership team as it accelerates growth across its advisory and capital market businesses.
