Ashish Kumar Srivastava has been appointed as the Managing Director at HAVER & BOECKER India, effective July 1, 2026, following his successful tenure as Deputy Managing Director since February 2023. With over 35 years of leadership experience across the cement, minerals, and industrial engineering sectors, he will lead the company’s overall business operations while driving its long-term strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence. His appointment marks the continuation of a strong leadership journey at HAVER & BOECKER India, where he joined as Head of Cement Business in January 2022 before being elevated to Deputy Managing Director.
Prior to joining HAVER & BOECKER India, Ashish held senior leadership positions at FLSmidth, BEUMER Group, and UltraTech Cement, where he led business strategy, sales, engineering, and large-scale project execution. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in driving business transformation, strengthening customer partnerships, expanding market presence, optimizing operations, and building high-performing teams across the cement and process industries.
