Puneet Shrivastava has been appointed Head – Talent Acquisition, Renewables Business at RP Sanjeev Goenka Group. With more than 17 years of experience in human resources, largely within India’s renewable energy sector, he brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership hiring,HR strategy and Business Partnering roles.
Throughout his career, Puneet has worked closely with growing organisations to build teams aligned with their evolving business priorities. He believes that while innovation and technology are essential to organisational progress, it is skilled and capable people who ultimately translate ideas into meaningful outcomes.

Before joining RP Sanjeev Goenka Group, he held key HR leadership roles at SAEL Industries Limited and Sembcorp Industries Ltd. Earlier in his career, he contributed to talent and human resources functions at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, ACME Group, Adani Solar and Moser Baer Solar Ltd.
His experience across several prominent renewable energy organisations has given him a deep understanding of the sector’s specialised talent requirements, emerging skill gaps and leadership needs.
In his new role, Puneet will lead talent acquisition for the Group’s renewables business, with a focus on building a future-ready workforce that can support its growth ambitions. By combining sector knowledge with a people-centric talent strategy, he will contribute to strengthening the organisation’s hiring capabilities and developing the teams required to drive its next phase of growth
