Royce Anthony has been appointed as Senior Director – Industrial & Logistics Services (Land & Investment | Leasing) at CBRE India, marking another significant milestone in his accomplished real estate leadership career spanning over two decades. In this elevated role, he will lead strategic initiatives across industrial and logistics real estate, focusing on land transactions, investments, leasing, client advisory, business development, and market expansion while strengthening CBRE India’s position in the sector.
Prior to this appointment, Royce served as Director and Senior Associate Director – Industrial & Logistics Services at CBRE, where he was responsible for business P&L, team leadership, client relationship management, transactions, and business development. His contributions played a key role in expanding the company’s industrial and logistics services capabilities while delivering value-driven solutions to clients across India.
Before joining CBRE, he served as Vice President – Industrial & Logistics at Knight Frank India, where he specialized in leasing, acquisitions, investments, disposals, business development, and client relationship management. Earlier, he held leadership positions with Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, Yes Bank, and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., building deep expertise in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio management, transactions, asset optimization, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale commercial real estate operations.
Throughout his career, Royce has successfully managed large real estate portfolios, led high-value acquisitions and leasing transactions, negotiated complex commercial agreements, optimized operational efficiencies, and built strong partnerships with corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and institutional stakeholders. His extensive experience across banking, commercial real estate, industrial assets, and logistics infrastructure has established him as a respected leader in the industry.
