Santosh Kumar Bharti has been appointed as Head – Cluster, Video and Multimedia Devices, Global Positioning at AUMOVIO, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey within the global automotive technology sector. As part of his new role, he will relocate to Germany, where he will lead strategic initiatives across advanced cluster and multimedia devices and multimedia technologies. With a proven track record in product management and engineering leadership, Santosh brings extensive experience in driving innovation across connected vehicle and electronic control systems.
A passionate and value-driven product leader, Santosh has successfully led cross-functional teams in planning, developing, launching, and managing advanced automotive technology solutions. His expertise spans high-performance Electronic Control Units (ECUs), including instrument clusters, headlight control systems, telematics units, Intelligent Lighting ECU-PXL platforms, and Driver Information Systems (DIS). His ability to align product strategy with technological innovation has enabled the successful delivery of complex mobility solutions throughout his career.
Prior to joining AUMOVIO, Santosh served as Director of Sales and Business Development at FORVIA, where he focused on expanding business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships within the automotive ecosystem. Before that, he held the position of Director – Product Delivery at Visteon India, leading large-scale product development initiatives for next-generation cluster and multimedia devices electronics. He also served as Director – Product Delivery and Head, Mahle Service Solutions India at MAHLE, contributing to the company’s product engineering capabilities and digital mobility solutions.
Earlier in his career, Santosh built a strong technical foundation through engineering and product development roles at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, where he worked as an End of Line Diagnostic Engineer, Ford Motor Company, focusing on End of Line Strategy and Electronic ECU Development, and Mahindra Rise. With experience spanning product engineering, delivery, business development, and strategic leadership across globally recognized automotive organizations, Santosh Kumar Bharti is well positioned to contribute to AUMOVIO’s continued innovation and global growth in intelligent mobility technologies.
