Before joining Genericart Medicine, Sharad served in senior leadership roles with organizations such as Zopper, Ideal Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., and Edelweiss Life Insurance, where he was instrumental in scaling distribution networks and driving business transformation. During his extensive career in the life insurance sector, he held several leadership positions at Kotak Life, where he played a key role in building and nurturing high-performing teams, launching new channels, and fostering long-term business growth.
