Rahul Turki has joined Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as Partner, Operations Consulting, bringing with him over 17 years of rich expertise in operations transformation, business excellence, and management consulting. In his new role, Rahul will lead operations excellence initiatives and play a pivotal role in driving business transformation for clients across industries.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton Bharat, Rahul was a partner at KPMG India, where he led the Transformation Business Excellence practice. During his tenure, he worked extensively with clients in telecom, financial services, consumer markets, and media industries, engaging directly with the C-suite to design and deliver strategies that ensured financial growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. His leadership was instrumental in building scalable solutions that aligned with evolving market needs and client expectations.
Rahul’s professional journey also includes significant leadership roles at QAI Global – India, where he served as Vice President for India & APAC, spearheading consulting practices across the Asia-Pacific region. He has also worked with KPMG India, TCS E-Serve Ltd., and Pantaloons Retail (Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd.), contributing to process improvement, quality & compliance, and business development strategies. An alumnus of Symbiosis International University, Rahul is known for his ability to blend strategic thinking with practical execution, enabling organizations to transform operations and achieve excellence. His experience in building long-term, sustainable client relationships and his expertise in process improvement methodologies make him a valuable addition to Grant Thornton Bharat’s leadership team.
