Mamta brings with her nearly two decades of rich experience in private banking, wealth management, and financial advisory, with deep expertise across Fixed Income, Business Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Treasury Management , Debt Advisory, Project Finance, Real Estate Fund Raising, Debt Syndication, Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Initial Public Offerings Advisory(IPOs). Most recently, she served as Regional Head at Nuvama Wealth, where she led client engagement initiatives, crafted bespoke wealth strategies, and built long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. Her role was pivotal in delivering tailored investment solutions and ensuring consistent portfolio growth.
Before Nuvama Wealth, Mamta held senior leadership positions across some of India’s most respected financial institutions, including Yes Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Axis Bank. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in private banking, portfolio management, consultative selling, and organizational leadership, establishing herself as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to teams.
Her academic credentials further underscore her leadership journey. Mamta is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where she completed the Senior Women Leadership Programme, sharpening her expertise in business management, negotiation, pricing, and team building. She also holds an MBA in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, where she graduated as a rank holder with first-class distinction.
