Shreyas Arya Joins Commotion as Product Leadership– AI & CX, to Drive the Next Wave of Intelligent Customer Experience

Shreyas Arya has joined Commotion as Product Leadership – AI & CX, taking charge of the company’s AI-driven product strategy and innovation roadmap. In this role, Shreyas will focus on building scalable, intelligent solutions that redefine how brands engage with customers through technology and data.

With over 15 years of experience across product leadership, customer experience, and technology innovation, Shreyas brings a strong blend of strategic vision and execution expertise to his new position.

Before joining Commotion, Shreyas served as Product Head – Big Data and Technology at The Walt Disney Company (Now JioStar), where he led large-scale product and technology initiatives across multiple business verticals. He was responsible for driving innovation across Legal Tech, Sales Tech, and Rights Management Tech, alongside leading platforms in CX, CRM, and Data.
At Disney, Shreyas was instrumental in translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and managing cross-functional teams across product, technology, and analytics. He also spearheaded several AI-led innovations, including the development of Agentic AI frameworks and automation systems that enhanced personalization and operational intelligence across Disney’s ecosystem. These initiatives not only elevated customer experience but also delivered significant OPEX reductions across businesses such as Disney Star and Disney+ Hotstar.

Earlier in his career, Shreyas joined Sprinklr as one of its early employees and went on to hold several product and implementation leadership positions. He played a crucial role in building and scaling enterprise SaaS products, leading large-scale implementations, and driving adoption across global clients. His contributions to product management, platform scalability, and enterprise alignment were instrumental in helping Sprinklr grow from an emerging startup to a successful IPO-bound company.

At Commotion, Shreyas is expected to leverage his expertise in AI, data, and CX innovation to drive the company’s next phase of growth. His experience at the intersection of product, technology, and customer intelligence positions him to help Commotion create AI-first, empathetic, and high-performing customer experience solutions.
