Shashank Mishra Joins Affinity Global Inc. as Vice President – Human Resources ,marking an important step in the company’s continued journey of scaling with purpose and preserving its strong people-first culture. Having held strategic HR leadership roles with leading global organizations across India and Australia, Shashank brings nearly two decades of cross-cultural experience in designing and driving people strategies that transcend borders and cultures.
In his new role, Shashank will lead Affinity’s HR strategy across its growing global footprint, ensuring the company’s people and culture remain at the heart of its evolution. Known for his belief that culture doesn’t scale by accident but by design, Shashank focuses on crafting structures that are intentional, inclusive, and adaptable. His leadership will drive initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, helping the company stay agile and connected as it grows.
Prior to joining Affinity Global, Shashank held several senior leadership positions, including Global Human Resources Director at Anchanto, where he led HR transformation during a period of rapid change and expansion. He has also contributed to global organizations such as SoftBank Robotics Australia, BNY Mellon, Hutchison 3 Global, and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas where he built and scaled HR frameworks that aligned people, purpose, and performance.
