Ajay Pratap Singh Joins PESCO Holding as Chief Growth Officer ,marking a significant addition to its leadership team. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades across the engineering, energy, and industrial sectors, Ajay brings a proven track record in driving strategic growth, global partnerships, and large-scale transformation across international markets.
In his new role, Ajay will lead key functions including Business, Strategy, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Expansion, Investment, and Risk for the group companies of PESCO Holding, which operate across Power, Contracting, Fabrication (with a 65,000 m² ADNOC-approved shop floor), Offshore Services, and Technical Resources. Based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Ajay will play a pivotal role in steering PESCO’s integrated EPC operations toward sustained global growth and operational excellence.
Established in 2004, PESCO Holding has emerged as a trusted engineering and execution partner, delivering complex projects across Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Substations, Transmission Lines, and Industrial Fabrication throughout the GCC and African markets. Before joining PESCO Holding, Ajay served as Vice President and Business Head at Praj Industries, where he led integrated solutions in bio-energy, high-purity water systems, and sustainable technologies. Earlier, during his decade-long tenure at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, he spearheaded business growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, delivering multi-billion-dollar projects for major clients such as Indorama, Dangote, and Zuma Energy. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at GOL Offshore, Walchandnagar Industries, Lahmeyer International (Tractebel), and Praj Industries, where he consistently delivered measurable business impact and strengthened global market presence.
