With over two decades of experience spanning healthcare, insurance, and business services, Siri has consistently demonstrated excellence in customer success, sales leadership and strategic growth initiatives. Before this elevation, she served as Head of Enterprise Business at MFine and was instrumental in advancing corporate partnerships and customer-centric solutions. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Firstsource, MediBuddy, and Medi Assist, where she successfully managed healthcare benefits for global giants such as Tech Mahindra, L&T, Wipro, Oracle, IBM, Cognizant, Coca-Cola, Intel, SAP among many others.
Siri’s career journey also includes impactful tenures at Infosys BPM, AXA Insurance & Asset Management – Paris and GE Capital, where she excelled in customer success, operational excellence, and multiple business transformation projects. Beyond her corporate leadership roles, Siri is also an entrepreneur, having successfully launched and managed her own café venture in Bengaluru. This entrepreneurial experience enriched her perspective on customer engagement, people management, and building businesses from the ground up.
