An ISB-trained marketer with over a decade of experience, Sibu brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial mindset and enterprise-scale execution. A three-time founder with one successful exit, he has built and scaled marketing engines across B2B SaaS, HR tech, staffing, and global workforce solutions, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and AI-powered marketing workflows. Prior to joining LanceSoft, Sibu served as Global AVP – Marketing at PamGro (Employer of Record) and Avance Consulting, where he led global marketing and demand generation across multiple geographies. His work spanned EOR, global hiring, payroll, SaaS, and workforce solutions, driving integrated GTM strategies, account-based marketing, SEO and paid media, partner marketing, and funnel optimization from MQL to SQL. Earlier in his career, Sibu held leadership roles at Wisestep, Clientjoy (acquired by Synup), and DiTech Creative & Digital Marketing, where he spearheaded global product marketing, SaaS growth initiatives, and enterprise campaigns.
