Sunil Pissay has been elevated to Vice President – Modern Trade at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), marking an important leadership milestone in his extensive career across the FMCG and spirits industries. With over 25 years of experience spanning Sales, Strategy, Distribution, Route-to-Market, Revenue Growth Management, Channel & Customer Marketing, New Product Development and P&L management, he brings a powerful combination of commercial expertise and transformation leadership to his new role. His elevation reflects HCCB’s focus on strengthening its Modern Trade business and driving the next phase of growth across new and evolving Channels.
Over his long-standing journey with HCCB, Sunil has held several significant leadership roles, including Zonal Vice President – West, VP – Winning at Point of Sale, AVP – Revenue Growth Management & Premium, National Head – Market Execution & Capability Development, General Sales Manager and Channel Marketing Manager. His experience also extends to an international leadership role with The Coca-Cola Company in Shanghai, where he served as Director – RTM and Distribution for the China market.
Across these roles, he has led large-scale commercial businesses, driven topline and bottom-line performance, strengthened market execution, expanded distribution, implemented transformation initiatives and accelerated digital capabilities across General Trade and Modern Trade.
