At Infosys Consulting, Suresh most recently served as Principal, advising global clients on Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Service Management Consulting, and Operating Model Realignment. He also played a pivotal role in structuring large IT outsourcing and transformation engagements, including a flagship multi-million-dollar banking program. Earlier, during his tenure with Infosys, he progressed through key leadership roles including Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, Release Architect, Technology Lead, Delivery Lead, Lead Designer, and Designer/Lead Developer, successfully delivering API modernization, DevSecOps adoption, cloud optimization, ServiceNow implementations, OSS transformation, ITSM modernization, and telecommunications platform initiatives across Australia and India.
Prior to Infosys, Suresh served as Associate – Projects at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he contributed to application development and enterprise solutions for global retail leaders including Marks & Spencer and Walmart.
