His contributions include driving process optimization, implementing global supply chain frameworks, and supporting regulatory filings. He also played a pivotal role in managing greenfield projects and scaling operations from R&D to commercial manufacturing. Earlier in his career, he worked with Celon Laboratories Limited, strengthening sourcing strategies and vendor compliance frameworks.
Vamsi Krishna Velaga’s expertise spans a wide range of pharmaceutical domains, including R&D, sterile manufacturing, oral solids, liquids, and topicals. He has successfully architected two greenfield facilities and one brownfield expansion, demonstrating end-to-end capabilities in facility design, scale-up, and operational readiness. His experience in managing large-scale projects, including budget oversight and supplier negotiations, highlights his ability to deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards.
