Ankush Verma joins insightsoftware as Global Director – Talent Acquisition for India & APAC

Ankush Verma has joined insightsoftware as Global Director – Talent Acquisition for India & APAC, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team. In his new role, Verma will lead talent engagement strategy across both technology and non-technology functions, including Core Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance Operations, and Client Care. He will play a key role in shaping how insightsoftware attracts, engages, and develops high-performing teams across India and the Asia-Pacific region.

With more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition and workforce strategy, Ankush Verma brings deep expertise in building and scaling recruitment functions across diverse industries. His professional background spans FMCG, consulting, digital, analytics, advisory, and shared services environments, where he has led hiring initiatives for global business operations, support functions, and emerging business verticals.

Prior to joining insightsoftware, Verma served as Head of Talent Acquisition – GBO India & Philippines at Diageo, where he was responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies across critical business functions. Before that, he held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Leader – India & Emerging Markets at adidas, overseeing recruitment initiatives across key growth markets and supporting the organization’s evolving workforce requirements.

Earlier in his career, Verma worked with KPMG and Deloitte, where he gained extensive experience in talent acquisition within consulting and professional services environments.

Ankush Verma’s appointment reflects insightsoftware’s continued focus on strengthening its people strategy and supporting business growth across the APAC region. His extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, stakeholder management, and workforce planning is expected to contribute significantly to the company’s efforts to build world-class teams and drive long-term organizational success.
