Known for his expertise in business development, underwriting, corporate solutions, and client relationship management, Bhaskar Naugain will play a key role in strengthening the company’s leadership team and accelerating its growth journey.
Prior to joining Coastal Insurance Brokers Private Limited, Bhaskar Naugain served as Vice President – Corporate Solutions Group (Renewable Energy | Infrastructure) at Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, where he was involved in managing strategic insurance solutions for corporate clients. He also held the position of Assistant Vice President – Corporate Sales at Ideal Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., contributing significantly to business development and relationship management initiatives.
Over the course of his career, Bhaskar Naugain has developed extensive expertise across underwriting, specialty insurance, and risk advisory services. At HDFC ERGO General Insurance, he worked as Manager – Underwriting (Liability/Speciality Insurance), gaining valuable experience in complex underwriting functions. His professional journey further includes leadership and consulting roles at Vantage Insurance Brokers & Risk Advisors Pvt. Ltd. as Lead Consultant and India Insure Risk Management And Insurance Broking Services P Ltd. as Business Development Executive.
A Physics graduate with an MBA in Finance and Marketing, Bhaskar Naugain is passionate about driving sustainable growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellence in insurance solutions. In his new role at Coastal Insurance Brokers Private Limited, he will head the Sales and Underwriting functions, spearheading strategic business development initiatives and leading new growth opportunities for the organization.
