Bhuushan Taiwade has joined Tata Ficosa Automotive Systems Ltd as Plant Human Resources Head, bringing significant experience in human resources leadership across the automotive manufacturing sector. In his new role, he will lead strategic HR initiatives at the company’s Chakan manufacturing facility while also supporting HR operations across Tata Ficosa Automotive Systems Ltd’s plants in Sanand, Chennai, and Pantnagar.
Bhuushan Taiwade will work closely with plant leadership at Tata Ficosa Automotive Systems Ltd to strengthen workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management practices that align with business and manufacturing goals. His role will span key areas such as industrial relations, union engagement, statutory and labour law compliance, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and capability-building initiatives for the shopfloor workforce.
Before joining Tata Ficosa Automotive Systems Ltd, Bhuushan Taiwade served as Chief Manager – HR & People Services at Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited, where he played an important role in enhancing HR operations and people services. Prior to that, he worked with Fiat India Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. (FIAPL), Pune, Maharashtra, as Manager – Plant HR & People Development, and also held the position of Business Partner / Unit HR at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. He began his professional journey as HR Associate (Corporate) at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd, building a strong foundation in industrial and corporate HR functions.
Across his career, Bhuushan Taiwade has developed expertise in workforce planning, HR digitalization, talent acquisition, talent retention, employee relations, and performance management systems. His experience also includes HR policy design, organizational development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), change management, reward and recognition frameworks, and HR analytics, making him well-equipped to support dynamic and large-scale manufacturing environments.
With hands-on experience in leading HRIS platforms such as Oracle HRM, SAP SuccessFactors, and DarwinBox, Bhuushan Taiwade brings both strategic and operational strength to his new role. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Tata Ficosa Automotive Systems Ltd’s people practices and workforce capabilities as the company continues to enhance its manufacturing operations across locations.
