Ramkumar Devanathan Appointed Director, Customer Success Management at ServiceNow

Ramkumar Devanathan has been appointed Director, Customer Success Management for the BFSI and MRD verticals in India at ServiceNow’s Customer Excellence Group (CEG). With over 24 years of experience in enterprise software, he will focus on driving customer value realization, product adoption, and long-term outcomes across India’s banking and financial services sector.

Prior to this role, Ram held product engineering and leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Micro Focus. Most recently at ServiceNow, he served as Director of Product Management, leading the ITOM Visibility and Cloud portfolio, where his teams developed products widely adopted by global enterprises.

Beyond his corporate role, Ram is a guest faculty and innovation coach at CMR University and also founded Amiable to Blog, a SaaS blogging platform for founders and thought leaders. In his new role, he brings a strong blend of technical expertise, product leadership, and customer advocacy to strengthen ServiceNow’s customer success initiatives in India.
