Saiven Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mahesh Laxman as Chief Executive Officer, Commercial Spaces. In this role, he will lead the Group’s commercial real estate vertical, shaping its business strategy, expanding its portfolio and building a strong foundation for sustained growth.
Mahesh brings over four decades of professional experience, including more than 25 years in senior leadership roles across the real estate sector. His expertise spans commercial office spaces, retail, residential and mixed-use developments, with an extensive understanding of business development, leasing, sales, marketing, customer relationship management and operational strategy.
Over the course of his career, Mahesh has held leadership roles with organisations including Prestige Group, L&T Realty, Nitesh Estates, Equinox Realty & Infrastructure, Indiabulls, Jones Lang LaSalle and Ascendas. More recently, as an independent consultant, he advised organisations across commercial, retail and residential real estate.
Mahesh has consistently worked at the intersection of strategy and execution. He has built self-sustaining business verticals, strengthened sales and leasing performance, supported the turnaround of complex projects and developed enduring relationships with clients, investors and business partners. His hands-on leadership style is grounded in disciplined processes, capable teams and a clear understanding of the market.
