Aditya K Mehta has joined Procheta Consultants (formerly known as Tusk Investments Limited) as its Chief Financial Officer. Procheta Consultants is a Systemically Important NBFC, and his appointment marks a strategic addition to the NBFC’s leadership as it aims to strengthen its financial and operational capabilities. With over 24 years of post-MBA experience across manufacturing, services, especially financial services, Aditya brings a well-rounded perspective across the value chain.
Prior to this, Aditya K Mehta was associated with Maa Mahamaya Industries Limited where served as Chief Financial Officer , contributing to the steel company’s growth initiatives.
Aditya’s leadership journey includes significant roles at Orion Group, where he worked as Chief Financial Officer, and at Cargill, where he was Senior Director – Trade & Capital Markets. Across these roles, he built strong expertise in structured finance, capital markets, and enterprise-level financial strategy. Earlier in his career, Aditya K Mehta was associated with Citibank India as Commercial Banking Regional Head – Client Origination driving business development and client engagement.
In his new role , Aditya K Mehta is expected to lead the NBFC’s financial strategy, enhance capital efficiency, and support its long-term growth trajectory. His diverse experience and strategic outlook are likely to play a key role in strengthening the organization’s position in the NBFC landscape
