Divia Aggarwal has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SKV (Studiokon Ventures Private Limited), marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it accelerates its next phase of growth and institutionalisation. In this role, he will lead the Group’s finance function, overseeing financial strategy, planning and analysis, treasury, governance, compliance, and business finance. He will also work closely with the leadership team to build scalable financial systems and strengthen decision-making capabilities across SKV’s expanding portfolio of businesses.
A Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of experience, Divia brings extensive expertise in strategic finance, capital raising, financial transformation, and business partnering. Prior to joining SKV, he served as Global Head – Strategic Finance, FP&A and Procurement at Sirion. Before that, he was Finance and HR Head at SingleInterface and also served as a Board Director at Wannamo Marketing, where he played a key role in leading the finance function during the company’s successful US$30 million Series A fundraising round.
Earlier in his career, Divia held several leadership positions at OYO, where he served as CFO – Traum Ferienwohnungen, IPO PMO Lead, and Director – Business Finance, contributing to the company’s IPO journey and strengthening its financial operations. He also worked as Operational Finance Controller at RIVIGO, gaining valuable experience in operational finance and business performance management.
Before these roles, Divia spent over six years with Bharti Airtel, where he led business finance for Airtel Payments Bank during its licensing phase and later headed Global Partner Accounting. He began his professional journey with Ernst & Young, advising on indirect taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial due diligence. With his broad experience across high-growth and technology-driven organizations, Divia is well positioned to support SKV’s long-term financial strategy and sustainable growth.
