Mannat Gill has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Ludhiana Beverages Pvt. In her current role, she will drive strategic HR, leadership development, and culture transformation, enabling business growth through talent and future-ready organizational design. Prior to this, she served as Head – Human Resources (India) at Vena Energy, where she aligned HR strategy with business expansion, led workforce planning, strengthened leadership pipelines, and drove governance across multiple entities. Her work included compensation and rewards transformation, DEI-led culture building, and leveraging analytics to enhance workforce efficiency and decision-making.
Earlier, Mannat spent a decade with Azure Power, where she played a pivotal role in building HR as a business-aligned function, led HR due diligence for NYSE IPO
readiness, and drove ESG-aligned workforce strategies. Across her career, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to align people strategy with business outcomes, build inclusive cultures, and drive large-scale organizational transformation.
