Yasveer Patel has been elevated to Assistant Vice President – CRM at Piramal Realty. With extensive experience in customer relationship management, loyalty sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence, he has played an important role in strengthening customer experience across the company’s premium real estate portfolio. In his new role, he will continue to drive strategic CRM initiatives and customer-centric operations for the organization.
Prior to this elevation, Yasveer served as Senior Manager – CRM at Piramal Realty, where he managed end-to-end customer lifecycle operations across flagship projects including Piramal Mahalaxmi and Piramal Aranya. Earlier, he was associated with Lodha Group, Bank of America, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Jet Airways, Hutchison Telecoms, and several other organizations, building strong expertise across CRM, hospitality, customer advocacy, and business development.
