Naveen Chandra has been appointed as Sales Director – India & South Asia at Malvern Panalytical India. In his new role, Naveen will lead the company’s sales strategy, strengthen customer engagement, and drive business growth across the region.
Naveen brings close to three decades of rich industry experience and a proven track record of leadership, business expansion, and customer enablement across the analytical instrumentation and life sciences sectors. Prior to joining Malvern Panalytical India, he served as General Manager & Country Leader – Customer Enablement for India & South Asia at PerkinElmer, where he led service delivery, service sales ,consumables growth, customer success, and regional operational excellence across India and South Asia.
During his extensive tenure at PerkinElmer, Naveen held multiple senior leadership positions including General Manager & Country Leader – Service and General Manager & Country Leader – Sales for India & South Asia. He successfully managed full analytical product portfolios spanning spectroscopy, chromatography, mass spectrometry, and thermal solutions, while driving revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, market expansion, and customer satisfaction across the region.
Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Agilent Technologies in progressive leadership roles including General Manager – Sales, Regional Manager – Sales, and Sales Account Manager, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s Life Science & Applied Markets business across India. He also held technical and commercial roles at Waters Corporation and Spinco Biotech, building strong expertise in analytical instruments, customer support, informatics sales, and enterprise client engagement.
