Mitali Chitnis has joined Systematix Group as its Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), bringing with her over 19 years of extensive experience across diverse facets of human resources leadership. In her new role, Mitali will be responsible for leading the group’s overall people strategy, with a sharp focus on strengthening organizational culture, enhancing employee experience, and enabling sustainable growth through robust HR governance and leadership development.
Over the course of her career, Mitali Chitnis has built deep expertise in talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, total rewards, and HR compliance. Her professional journey spans leadership roles across some of India’s most respected financial services and corporate organizations, including FundsIndia, FundsIndia Private Wealth, Fisdom, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Mirae Asset Investment Managers, ASK Group, Reliance Capital (Reliance Group), Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, and Housefull International Ltd.
Prior to joining Systematix Group, Mitali Chitnis served as Chief Human Resource Officer at FundsIndia, where she played a key role in shaping people strategy during phases of organizational growth and transformation. Her previous assignments as Director Human Resources at FundsIndia Private Wealth, Head of Human Resources at Fisdom, Head of Human Resources – Private Wealth Management at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, and Head of Human Resources at Mirae Asset Investment Managers further strengthened her ability to align HR initiatives with evolving business objectives.
