Sangeetha Sivaraj has joined Redington as Talent Acquisition Head – India Distribution Business, effective January 2, 2026, marking a strategic addition to the leadership team as the company continues to strengthen its people and growth agenda across India. With close to two decades of experience in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and DEI, Sangeetha brings a sharp focus on building scalable, inclusive, and future-ready workforces.
In her new role at Redington, Sangeetha will lead talent acquisition strategies for India Distribution Business, aligning hiring initiatives with business objectives and long-term organisational growth. Her approach centres on creating strong talent pipelines, strengthening workplace culture, and enabling business success through thoughtful and impact-driven hiring practices.
Before joining Redington, Sangeetha was associated with Philips, where she led Talent Acquisition for the GBS entity and managed hiring for Enabling Functions across India. Prior to Philips, she was associated with BA Continuum India (Bank of America), where she played a key role in leadership hiring and strengthening talent frameworks for the organisation.
With her extensive background in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and DEI, Sangeetha Sivaraj’s appointment is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening Redington’s people strategy and supporting its continued growth across India’s distribution ecosystem.
