Dinesh Verma has joined SKF Group – Automotive business as Head of Global Finance
Operations, Automotive, marking a significant leadership appointment within the global
automotive finance ecosystem. A seasoned finance professional, Dinesh brings over 30
years of progressively responsible experience across Finance & Accounts, Finance
Business Partnering, with deep exposure to complex, multinational business environments.
Prior to this appointment, Dinesh Verma was associated with SKF Group, where he served
as Head Finance Operations – Industrial, India and South East Asia. In this role, he played a
critical part in leading regional finance operations, strengthening governance frameworks,
enhancing compliance, and driving performance excellence. His contributions were
instrumental in aligning finance strategy with business outcomes at scale.
Before joining SKF Group, Dinesh held senior leadership responsibilities at
Teleperformance, where he supported large-scale global finance operations and complex
delivery models. His international career also includes impactful tenures at A.P. Moller –
Maersk and Holcim, where he focused on strengthening Business & Operational finance
and reporting excellence.
Earlier in his career, Dinesh Verma built a strong foundation through roles at Genpact,
Lafarge, and Tata Steel, gaining hands-on experience in business strategy, industrial
finance, and operational leadership. With this extensive cross-industry and global exposure,
Dinesh Verma is well-positioned to drive finance transformation, operational rigor, and global
