Before joining Anand Rathi, Ram held senior leadership roles at J.B. Boda Group, where he served as Executive Director – Group HR & Admin, leading transformative initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and HR governance. Earlier in his career, he contributed to reputed organizations such as Tata Business Support Services and managed HR Operations for 12,000 employees and JSW Steel Ltd., where he gained deep expertise in workforce management and HR operations.
An alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Ram is widely recognized for his system-oriented, process-driven approach and his unwavering commitment to excellence.
